Free seminar on hearing loss is Tuesday, Aug. 28

The Senior Connection invites seniors and family caregivers to attend a free educational seminar on "Hearing Loss - Emotional Aspects and Treatment Options," on Tuesday, Aug. 28, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Prescott Valley Christian Church, 7655 Long Look Drive, Prescott Valley.

Tammy Haydon with Miracle Ear and Jack Clevenger with the Hearing Loss Association of Prescott will explain the emotional impact and personal challenges associated with hearing loss; how to assist those with mild hearing loss; and current treatment options including hearing aids and medical solutions. The presentation is free and open to the public. RSVPs are appreciated but not required.
